📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse, usually located in East Asia (e.g. China), unless otherwise stated.

Q: Do you ship to the UK?
A: Yes — we currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is £1.99 flat-rate. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or VAT on delivery?
A: Orders are shipped from outside the UK. Depending on your order value and UK import laws, you may be charged import VAT or customs fees by the courier upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fee.


🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery — no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: We provide a prepaid return label upon request. Simply contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. If the item has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives. Just reach out to our support team.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed and charged in British Pounds (£).

Q: Is your checkout secure?
A: Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption to keep your data and payments safe.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?
A: Absolutely. You’ll get an email confirmation after placing your order, and another with tracking info once your order ships.

Q: Are your electronics compatible with UK outlets?
A: Many of our products are USB-powered or include universal adapters. If an item has a non-UK plug, it will be clearly noted in the product description.

Q: What’s included in the box?
